If you can join, please do. If you hate getting tons of notifications, you can always turn them off and just check in periodically. If you don't know what Discord is, it's more or less like a private bulletin board. It makes it easy to coordinate for events and communicate news, as well as let us know when you're going to be away for a length of time.
On the CS Alliance one, there are some important folders like "event requests" where, if you want to rank in an event, you can request that other people hold off, etc. Warning: it is a very busy discord, but you can always turn off notifications :-)
